Thank you for visiting the site of Rustic Mountain Living under takeachance.info, which is a site we made to streamline the booking process so our customers can quickly and effectively reserve a cottage with us. All guests of RML must follow the guidelines of the property and adhere to hygiene and safety standards. RML does not claim responsibility for injury due to negligence of guests. 

Refund Policy

We do not allow refunds, however feel free to reschedule at any time.

Fulfilment Policy

All reservations are subject to our acceptance, and we will not be obligated to fulfill any bookings unless and until we accept it. Bookings are subject to cottage availability, and we may, in our sole discretion, choose to limit, cancel, refrain from booking, or prohibit an reservation for any reason.

Privacy Policy

RML uses customer information through registration pages purely for the purposes of booking. RML does not manage, collect, or store customer's private information for the purposes of selling or ad targeting.
